For the first interview, you need to have some kind of performance/presentation piece prepared. Then, a "skills test". Then, two in-person interviews.

--I interviewed with this org, even though I'd seen that it has a very low review rating on Glassdoor--2.5, with comments made about the treatment and consideration of staff--especially POC. I got a sense of this attitude during my last interview.
