Interview process was exceptionally unprofessional. The interviewer kept leaving the room to answer phone calls in the middle of the interview. They kept messaging you about an offer despite rejecting, giving the impression that they are desperate for staff.
The actual location for teaching students was poorly furnished with minimal resources.
You will initially be interviewed by the HR department, during which you may be asked questions about your background and qualifications. Following this, you will be asked to deliver a demonstration lesson on the subject you are applying to teach, with the HR representative playing the role of a student to observe your teaching style and methodology.
