I applied through Indeed. It took 3 days for an email from the om requesting a brief phone interview. Two weeks after phone interview, I was asked to come in for an in-person interview with the om and the P. Went into the interview, om ran late I waited 12mins to be called into the conference room. Interview went well, the the om looked at her phone and asked if I had any questions while telling me she had a personal call she was expecting at 12:30pm... I felt rushed out, ... like I couldn't really ask what I needed so I just asked the main question which was when should I expect to hear back from them about the position, only to be informed that it should take another week for them to finish their interviews and another week or so after that to see if I will need to interview with the HQ... WOW! Very unprofessional, the details about hiring a new employee should already be known, and should never be in limbo... so I waited 2 and a half weeks to get an in-person interview and now wait another 2/3 weeks to see if I need to interview with HQ... who takes a month to hire a candidate... this office lacks proper structure. I wouldn't recommend anyone who needs a job ASAP even apply. They will just waste your time like they did mine.
