Interview
HR reached out to coordinate a time for an intro call. This took about 2 weeks as they weren’t aware I was in central time. After that was taken care of, we set up a time so I can interview with two members of the hiring team. The interview itself was a very positive experience. The last question was regarding my salary expectations which the engineers don’t typically ask. Usually this is an Hr question. In any case they said they enjoyed the convo and would follow up with next steps. 2 follow up emails to HR and over 3 weeks later and it’s been radio silent and no communication.

Question 1
They asked general questions regarding different tech stacks I’ve been exposed to and some scenario based questions.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at All Covered
Interview
Fairly informal, met with the hiring manager and one of the DSD's over coffee and a bagel.
The other DSD who was a lot more technical couldn't make it because he was sick but the 2 I met with went over the actual job and how I would handle myself in various situations. I think it was very reasonable process.
