I was contacted by a member of the HR Team, and was able to chose a 30 minute time slot to discuss the position with them. They started by telling me about the position, why it was up, and that there may not be a chance at a permanent position, but that it was hard to tell given it was so far in the future. I didn't get the position but I was asked to apply to further positions so I will keep trying.

There was a phone interview scheduled for the afternoon with HR sent via email. This was the first round of interviews. After passing this round, would be an video interview.

Interview
The interview process began with an HR phone interview. It was very simple and contained all the basic HR questions. It was nothing technical. It continued with a virtual panel interview with the management team.
