Interview
Application was processed rather quickly. Direct and straightforward. Mainly on whether you can do the job - around past experience. Felt more like a conversation. They shared honest expectation of the role. My interview ended earlier than expected probably because at the back of their mind, they knew I am not the person that they are looking for.
Mostly was based on past experience and general behaviour questions for 1st round and it was almost by the book. Nothing too complex. Manager was super cool and made it an easy experience

I had a productive conversation with the recruiter where we discussed the details of visa sponsorship and the potential start date for work. The discussion went well overall. However, the recruiter mentioned that they need to verify whether there is sufficient budget available for visa sponsorship. They will get back to me with more information once they have a clearer picture.
