There was 1 Technical round for 1 hour and then 1 telephonic managerial round. Interview process was smooth. It took a week to get the offer. I had to wait for 1 hour for the interview

Had a short recruiter screener, then a totally normal interview that felt very reasonable. Mixture of tech and behavioral questions. Told me they'd schedule me for another interview and then ghosted me.

Online test they send me an email and it was an assessment to take it online it was like an IQ test but in a very short time it was 12 minutes to answer questions from 7 pages and I only answered 4 pages.. actually not even all the questions there

I went through 2 Technical round followed by Hr round.
Salary discussion over.
Hr told me that he will share mail for required documents.
After 3 days again he called for online assessment. It's nothing aptitude and reasoning test.
What is the meaning for aptitude test for experienced people.
Don't waste time for experienced people to call for interview and after all salary discussion. Finally call for aptitude test.
Totally waste of time.
Don't go there.
