Phone interview, followed by a video interview, followed by a screening process. Phone interview was basic. Basically a confirmation of what's off your resume. Video interview was a little different. Had to prepare a 5 min PowerPoint presentation (topic was anything, your choice). The questions were standard behavioral questions until the presentation part.
