The process included too many interview rounds, and it turned out that the position had been posted without a confirmed headcount. After a long period of waiting for feedback, I was informed that there was actually no headcount available and the hiring process had to be terminated. This explanation felt unconvincing and raised doubts about the transparency and credibility of the company’s recruitment process.
