it was a simple and fast process until the moment they decided to move forward with an internal candidate who just popped up suddenly in the process and they just gave me feedback for my assignment with a dry sorry, They asked a candidate to complete such an assignment in 3 days but they do not show you the courtesy to say they have internal candidates so don't get your hopes up. It's very disappointing. You can be transparent and respect others' time and effort. The process was involved: online assessment, interview with a colleague, and a home assignment after the evaluation; they have one more round.

Very costly inicial test, just to be rejected. I applied several times, because they always have open offers. It's a weird dynamic. Don't reconmend interviewing there, but the recruiter was nice.
