The interview process usually includes an application review, a phone or video screening, a technical or skills assessment, followed by one or more interviews to evaluate fit, experience, and communication.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alfred Health (Victoria, Australia) in Oct 2025
Interview
Quick interview where questions lasted 15 minutes, 15 minutes of explaining what/how the lab works. Got the 'conditional offer' with the grade classification offered with eventually false hopes given. Harsh Referee check conducted based on new grade to be offered (potential for career progression) rather than character references. Did not progress further. Question at interview was not based on job description. Eg supervision and training question which role only require min 2 years of experience in at least one area and training is provided.
