I was asked about my experience in the field of advocacy (Domestic and sexual violence) and about my experience with a variety of job related skills (event planning, communication strategy, fundraising).
I was interview by the Administrative Director, the Executive Director, and the Communications Marketing Manager (supervisor to position applied for).
Overall, it was a fair process. I felt listened to and comfortable at the interview.
