Interview
Job listing requested applicants to submit resume and SAT and/or ACT scores. Selected applicants were then sent an example SAT question (applicant's choice of subject) a few days in advance of a group "interview." The interview consisted of each applicant presenting the solution of his or her practice question, as if teaching in class, to a room full of other applicants and company executives.
