It was a series of interview questions, and they also asked about job related skills, my accomplishment, typical work speed, do I get along well w/others. All things that I excel in.

Well for me, I started through a temp agency to interview for the position. I was first interviewed by the temp agency, then I proceeded to be interviewed by CSG a week later. Once interviewed by 2 associates of CSG, I had to waot another week to be interviewed by a panel group of associates whom already worked there.
