The interview process initially moved swiftly, with a prompt first interview and a follow-up request for a second interview. However, I found that the scheduling of the second interview took several weeks, which was a bit challenging. During the interviews, several important aspects of the role and company culture were discussed in detail, but unfortunately, some of these discussions didn't materialize in the actual job. This experience taught me the importance of aligning expectations and ensuring clarity on roles and responsibilities from the outset.
