The interview process felt extremely rushed and strictly scripted, lasting only 15 minutes. For a 'New Logo Acquisition' role, which requires storytelling and strategic thinking, there was no room to actually discuss the methodology behind my results.
I came prepared to explain how I consistently over-performed, reaching 122% of my UAA target and 112.8% above the site average, but the interviewer seemed more focused on checking off a list of questions rather than engaging in a meaningful dialogue.
Advice: Give candidates the freedom to speak. A 15-minute 'rapid-fire' session doesn't allow a recruiter to see the true potential of a high-performer. Also, improving communication clarity across global teams would ensure that both parties fully understand the nuances of the conversation."
