Received extremely positive feedback throughout only to be rejected a week after 5th interview. Basic interview questions. Friendly people. VERY convoluted, dragged, unnecessary interview process that recruiter wasn’t clear on upon initial interview. What should companies do about the gender wage gap?
Got contacted and set up the interview over the phone it was very brief and good. They were very professional, articulate and kind. They made me understand the role clearly and they answered all my questions.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone call with HR and then a video call with the director. The first call was more about the role and the position, the second interview focused on me and how I would be qualified.
