The interview process was extremely professional, smooth, and organized from start to finish. It’s obvious from the way they treat their applicants that they genuinely care about their team members.

The interview process was fairly easy and straightforward. All conversations were conducted through Zoom. The first call was with a representative who explained the interview process and answered questions you might have. Three rounds of interviews followed; first with a recruiter, next with the director of the Assistant Project Manager Bootcamp program, and finally with a current Project Manager. Everyone I interviewed with seemed genuinely interested in my experiences and was looking to have a good conversation. I received an offer letter the day after my third round interview, although I was told that one or two more rounds might be necessary during the interview.
