Alder & Tweed Design interview questions

The interview process was awkward, they ask very personal questions that are completely unrelated to the position you're applying for. Asking about your parents' occupation to asking who the person you're currently living with was very suspicious and unprofessional and I was uncomfortable answering those questions. The questions were 80% about your personal life and 20% about your work skills and experience.
