Alcidion Graduate Program interview questions

I only attend the first round HR interview. They asked questions like what is Alcidion? What do you see yourself in 3 years? What is your strength? The conversation is nice but later I got the email says they do not have position for software development. It is a bit confusing because they mentioned there will be a chance to develop in their job ads.
