Good interview experience. Friendly people. Slightly disorganised in terms of communicating next steps and progression of my application, I had to chase the recruitment team and remind them of the interview process.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Alchemmy (London, England) in May 2021
Interview
1. Phone call interview with a consultant lasted about 10 minutes, just to find out my interests and reasons for applying. Quick, nothing too formal, we shared some interests which made the call much easier.
2. Competency Interview and Presentation. I was given a scenario and had to present it to two managers. They made me feel calm and at ease during the presentation and during the competency questions. Definitely more of a conversation to get to know the person I am rather than an interview to see what I can do.
3. Originally didn't get the role due to lack of experience but they loved my attitude and persona that they were willing to mentor me until I got a role. Then while waiting for next steps I was invited for another interview with Director and Founder because they felt with the right guidance I could be a great consultant. This interview was once again more of a chat to understand the person I am.
