Interview
That interview was short and concise. After filling out all the needed paperwork, I was given the Grand tour of the entire building. I was introduced to all the department heads as well as many of the administrative employees. They at least want to let everyone one know who you are and what department you will be working in.

Interview
2 interviews back to back. Very honest in what they were looking for. Quick and painless. Waiting in a little closet near the pharmacy was a bit awkward, but what interview isn't? They were very forthcoming in the warning that there was really no manager in the department I applied for, that was nice.
