Met the company at a career fair and gave my resume. Got an email to do a questionaire and interview with an outside consulting company. Passed this so then moved on to the final in-person interview at the office. The interview lasted about an hour and a half and was fairly standard. About 4 people were in the room with me

Was interviewed by a panel of 5. They really just wanted to get to know me as a person and understand why I was interested in this job and Alberici specifically. No "tell me about a time" or trick questions.
