After an online interview, they asked me to come in for a group interview. Due to cofusion about location, all of the candidates for the job ended up arriving late! (We all had to shuttle from the airport). To speed things up, they gave us the welcoming seminar telling people how hard it is, and what is expected (the metro does not run for the morning shift- so we're all required to have a reliable way to get to work), and some of the difficult aspects of the job. Then they gave all of us a time to meet for our one-on-one interviews. However, they had set up two tables with two employees and interviewed two people at the same time. After the first interview, you were asked to switch to the next employee while the other candidate does the same. One employee focused on work history and how it applies to the job, and the other played devils-advocate a bit. He asked a series of generic questions but then would ask more questions about your answer that seemed like he wasn't pleased. At first I thought he was just testing how I reacted, but then I feared he really didn't think my answers were good. I got an offer so I think he was just testing! Also, they watched us. They watched how we mingled with other people, and how we responded to the entire experience (especially since we all had an adrenaline rush getting there!)
