Applied on Linkedin and recruiter reached out and sent me generic hiring questions. Received an email a few days later inviting me to a group interview. At the group interview, they showed a slide show are the core values and benefits of working at Alaska Airlines. Finally, had a 1 on1 interview that went pretty quickly.

I applied for the CSA position and answered about 50 questions . I was invited to a pre orientation presentation via Zoom. There were about 35 people on the call. It lasted an hour. Individuals were not asked any questions , but you could ask questions . We were told we would hear within the next few days if chosen for a one on one interview. Basically they have their mind made up since they do not get to know you .

Very simple, easy, and straight forward. All you have to do is go into the interview, and be yourself. Smile a lot and show the recruiters why you are the right person for the job
