Interview
I applied online and received an email back within two days, inviting me to a group interview. The group interview had about 18 other people. We were split up in three groups, each with a recruiter and we were all asked a question and given one
Minute to answer. It was a great way to get to know the people in your group and also allow your personality to shine.
After group interviews you were given a one-on-one interview time. I'm not sure if arrival time of the group interview made any difference on what order you were chosen to interview however I was there very early, and was one of the first to have a one-on-one. I got to leave right after.
Just be yourself, tell true stories about past situations, and make friends with the people around you!
I was offered the position and will have to go to Seattle for a drug and nicotine test. They have a zero tolerance drug policy. If you fail, you can never ever apply with the company again. You cannot use any sort of nicotine product cigarettes, e-cig, cigar, nicotine patch, or gum for 6 months.
Once I pass the drug and nicotine test, I will go back in a few weeks for a 10 day training.

I applied for the CSA position and answered about 50 questions . I was invited to a pre orientation presentation via Zoom. There were about 35 people on the call. It lasted an hour. Individuals were not asked any questions , but you could ask questions . We were told we would hear within the next few days if chosen for a one on one interview. Basically they have their mind made up since they do not get to know you .

Very simple, easy, and straight forward. All you have to do is go into the interview, and be yourself. Smile a lot and show the recruiters why you are the right person for the job
