Interview
5 person panel interview, including the nurse manager of the specific unit being applied to and the recruiter. Laster about 30 minutes. Told at the end of the interview to expect to hear from them by the end of the week regarding the possibility of a second interview.

Question 1
Who is your nurse role model? What characteristics do you have that are similar to this person? (Follow up question: In what ways are you not yet like this person, and how do you plan to become more like her/him?)
Panel interview with 3 other candidates and 6 nursing managers. Each question was asked to each candidate but the questions were rotated. This was nice because you got to hear all of the questions within the first few minutes of the interview.
