It was a 4 round process. - Informal HR round - Interview with Carstaxi CEO - 2nd interview with Carstaxi CEO - Interview with Group CEO with a case study Overall the process was smooth.

Interview with HR; very straightforward Interview with CEO which was mostly on past experience, no behavioral questions at all. We discussed a few projects and he asked a few counter questions which were good. Interview with COO wherein we discussed a few operational projects and strategic initiatives No written test involved; only a CV screen.
