I applied online for a Senior Sales focusing on Financial Institutions. I had 6 interviews over a 6 weeks time, HR representative, Chief Revenue officer, Chief Financial officer, Head of HR, Head of Customer Success and Chief Operating Officer. Sent follow up emails to all thanking them and sent emails to follow up on next steps. Outcome --Ghosted never heard back. Based on other comments seems to be standard operating procedure.
