The interview process consisted of 3 phases, Technical, Managerial and Finally HR. All three phases were very smooth and i must say that Akamai has a very positive worklife which could be seen through their employees.

Interview
The whole interview process stretched around 2 months. I had 2 interview rounds. First interviewer was bit rude and only wrapped up in 15 minute after asking basic questions about my current/previous job. Second interviewer was pretty nice and had a really good conversation about my current job and spent almost an hour understanding my thought process by giving scenario based questions. After few days, i was informed that position is dropped due to business reasons.

Tell me about your current/previous job role and responsibilities?
Very unprofessional. The recruiter didn't show up to the scheduled interview. I sent an email 15 minutes after the scheduled interview to see what happened, she replied 3 days later without apologizing for missing the scheduled phone call interview and then telling me they already have a top candidate.
