Interview was very tough they will select 1 out of 100000 people so waste of time and they need only well experienced people to work in the company and i dont know why they are expecting that from freshers

I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Ajira (Coimbatore)
Interview
The interview process contains 4 rounds.
Round 1- It was actually coding round based on data structured and algorithm.
Round 2- long coding round which happened for 3 hours or it can be called as project development round using git.
Round 3- Technical discussion on Data base/schema design. They were expecting us to design schema with 3rd normalisatiom forms and also we should write some queries using joins and all. It happened for 2 hours 40minutes.
Round 4- Technical discussion on some real problems and projects which we have done. It again happened for 2 hours 30minutes.
On succesfully clearing round 4, i had a discussion with HR about salary package and internship program.
Overall, the experience was so good and really the interview was very hard to crack but the interviewer helped me a lot in the interview process.
