I had two interviews with Althea. The first one didn't work out and the second one worked for me. I had a phone interview with the recruiter first and then I had another interview with the director. I was invited for the onsite interview. I have to add everybody at Althea were super nice and friendly. I especially liked the recruiter, Laurie, who really helped me through the interview process. She was very professional , clear and helpful. I would like to go on record to acknowledge the best recruiter I have worked with. From the time that Laurie found me on Linkdln, to the post interview phone call, she was super professional, yet warm and caring. unlike most recruiters that we have all experienced during our job search. Unlike most recruiters that either forget about you or do not want to spend time with you if you do not work out for the immediate opening at hand, Laurie went above and beyond to work with me, and let me know that if this opportunity did not work out, she would continue to work with me to find the best match with future opportunities. I really appreciate the invaluable assistance and advice she provided to me, the time she took to go into great detail about the Company culture, plus her wonderful and caring personality, which again, is typically not found in most recruiters. I got a very positive feeling for this company because everyone was so nice.
