First was a telephone interview with in-house Recruiter discussing my experience, background and next role interests. 2nd was a face to face with 2 hiring managers from different parts of the business due to a complex management matrix and the 3rd was a presentation with an additional Manager on planned objectives and deliverables to be achieved within the first year of employment.
