The interview process was a frustrating experience that lasted for 5 months due to multiple delays and a lack of structure. There was a significant internal misalignment, and the interviews themselves were not well-prepared or managed. During the first interview, we discussed the role and work experiences, but the second interview was a total mess. The 3rd interview was a work session with the team and 4th was a HR round. The company did not communicate clear steps in the process, leading to further confusion and frustration. Overall, the interview process was poorly managed and needs significant improvement.
