After the online test on ArcticShores (which is a shame), I attended a virtual assessment centre which comprised of a simple team exercise, a roleplaying task, a competency based interview (all three with a third party recruiter), and finally a panel interview with Airbus employees. The questions/tasks fielded by the third party were pretty standard (give me a time when you showed x). The questions during the panel interview didn't match my expectations, it felt like I was being interviewed for a different role. The third party recruiter also told me to expect to hear back within a week, nobody got in touch with me for over a month until I asked them for an update.
