Super faires Gespräch, mit einigen Fragen zu meinen bisherigen Erfahrungen. War insgesamt so wie man es in den meisten Stellen kennt. Es kamen einige Fragen zu Controlling Prozessen oder allg. zu Reporting Prozessen auf. Im Grunde ging es aber auch viel um dide Stelle an sich das Also, business as usual, die Abteilung war aber auch im Umbruch. Von daher ist keine faire Bewertung aktuell möglich.
Very easy and simple basic question. They just asked me how it went and they checked my documents asked me for my availability
And it was a simple easy interview would definitely recommend it. No need to stress as by yourself.

Interview
Process took about 3 weeks. Applied and 2 days later HR reached out to schedule a 1.5 hour interview. The interview was a behavioral, technical, and assessment. One other interview was scheduled to meet the head of the department. Very quick and efficient process.

Interview
First call with HR to understand motivation and alignment of interests and expectations with the job, second group interview with HR to understand level of interaction, one final interview with hiring manager to understand motivation and personal experience.
