First screening phone call in July. Personal interview in Septempber.
The interview was based on: two intelligence test that lasts, respectively, 15 minutes and 7 minutes. Two long psychometric tests of about 30 minutes each.
After the tests, it took place an interview with a HR employee mostsly based on motivation and personal experiences. No technical question.
In november they notify me that the application was rejected with a standard rejection mail. No motivation regarding the rejection.
