AirTree interview questions

Was called up out of the blue without any forewarning for a 10 min initial screen which actually turned out to be 30 min. No feedback on why I didn't get the role.

I applied the job from LinkedIn, which required a resume, coverletter, Q&A for cultural fit and why you questions . Phone call with HR first and then followed by a zoom interview with a partner the outcomes came through 2 weeks later, you might have to follow up with HR.
