A single hour with the CEO, and 15 minutes with the retiring incumbant. The CEO didn't have an org chart, and could not or would not describe the methods they use or the day to day responsibilities of the role.
Following the offer, a request to meet with the engineering manager was declined by the company. There were some smaller red flags up until this point, but not being able to meet with the people that I would be working with was a huge red flag and I declined the offer.
