Interview
Nice people, very relax atmosphere. Plan to stay all day long. Be prepare to introduce your self to the audience and explain your flight experience. One SIM session on a old DC-9 raw data flight. No tricks, no emergency, just a take off maintain runway heading,initial climb to 8,000 level off, step turns R/L maintaining 250 kts. Then radar vectors to an ILS app full stop Cat I minimums 200 ft. Ceiling with 2 miles visibility.

They put you an scenario with a crew layover with a party and drinks at the hotel. Next day at the Airport one of the flight attendant is apparently drunk and no fit for flight. What do you do as a First Officer ?

Interview
Interview process was simple and very laid back. HR portion was super friendly and had a lot of “tell me about a time when” and personality questions. The table top with the pilot was straight forward and included METAR/TAF translations, IFR alternate/departure requirements, and briefing a SID and STAR
