The interview process was quite difficult and competetive. There were 6 candidates and they had to pick one. The stages of the interview process were as follows:
1) Presentation (Not so difficult); Questions being asked at the end
2) Comptetency-based interview with two senior members (Fairly relaxed); the dicussion will centre around yourresume and background
3)Technical questions with one senior member (Difficult); testing your fundemental engineering knowledge
4) Group Exercise (Difficult); Engineering task involving Construction, Communication, Leadership, Project management and Finance
