I had a phone interview with the Hiring Manager the same day I sent my resume. Then I was scheduled for a face to face interview the following week. I didn't get an offer, but I received an email when the process was over, and they let me know why they didn't make me an offer. They also let me know about other opportunities within the company and how to apply to them.
