The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Air Products (Allentown, PA) in Sept 2011
Interview
Overall the interview was unusual. It was more of a conversation than a typical interview, which was nice but caught me off guard. I was interviewed one on one but know of maybe a dozen other students that were interviewed as well and I am not aware of anyone having received an offer. I think they are pretty selective about who they hire.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Air Products in Sept 2024
Interview
The interview was online with one company representative with a very relaxed environment. The questions were not typical in that they were not very straight forward but rather asked you how you have applied their core values in your experiences. The recruiter was very kind and offered positive feedback near the end.

My interview took place on Campus, 2 days after the career fair. I was offered an interview when I was talking to one of the representatives from their booth. The interview was not the same person that I talked to at the booth. He had list of 10 questions, asked me "What do you know about Air products, our products, service ..etc." "Why do you want to work for Air Products" "Tell me about your past work experiences" "What are 3 qualities of a leader" "What are qualities of an engineer" "Tell me about a time where you had to come up with creative design"
