Primo colloquio conoscitivo e successivo colloquio tecnico. Per accedere al secondo colloquio bisogna superare positivamente il primo step. Processo abbastanza celere, se tutto va bene nel giro di un paio di settimane ricevi una risposta, positiva o negativa che sia.

Very smooth process, based on only two interviews. Very few technical questions, procedure more oriented on evaluating the attitude and the peculiarities of the candidate. Overall quite easy because it makes you feel comfortable in every moment.

it is a panel interview with HR representative and Plant Manager on Google Meet. The interview lasts about 45 mins. Interviewers are supportive and friendly. They explain and answer in detail.

Usual I’d say. A lot of EQ questions where you were given situations and how would you react. Learn the STAR method to answer them and you will be fine
