It moved fast since the first interview. First called was with a recruiter, after with HR and the Head of the department, 2 more interviews with the team and a final interview with the full team. Took around 2 months

Lengthy and precise. Asked a lot of questions re strengths and communication skills. Background and skills. And they wanted a lot of references. Thorough and conversational. Easy to discuss and pleasant.

Interview
First step was a lengthy and in-depth phone interview. If you made it past this round you were asked to come in for three same-day interviews. First one would be one on one with HR then meeting with a group from your department followed by the head of department.
