      Flight Attendant Interview

      19 Jun 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Air Canada Rouge in Jun 2026

      Interview

DO NOT BOTHER IF CANT REACH 202CM BAREFOOT AND FLAT (NO TIPTOES) They waste your time and do a presentation, group interview, and then save the reach test for the VERY END. It doesn’t matter if you passed the group interview- if you can’t reach the 202cm you are disqualified on the spot. In total It’s a 3 hour process, you have to pay over $10 for parking and then sit around waiting forever. The reach test should be done as the very first thing so not to waste potential candidates as well as the recruiters’ time having to interview every single person if they are just going to cut you at the very end… Overall, if you’re short and can’t reach 202cm on a measuring tape flat footed without shoes on, do not even bother coming. I wouldn’t recommend.

      Flight Attendant Interview

      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Air Canada Rouge (Toronto, ON)

      Interview

My whole interview was great until I got to do my medical. Apparently the nurse said that the Flight Attendant jumpsuit seatbelt is not adjustable for my weight? And I was 2 inches too big. I’m an average person not an overweight when I send an email to Air Canada rouge. They never responded at all. I asked for an explanation if this is correct with the nurse judgement, they didn’t respond at all. All I got was an email saying that I was not qualified. I believe I was discriminated and judge unfairly. Nowhere in there job application states how much weight and interest you should be to begin with. I’ve been a Flight Attendant for five years on a previous Airline and I know for sure the Flight Attendant jump seats are adjustable.
