First I had an intro call with the recruiter, she was very nice and explained everything about the position. Second interview was at LGA airport, I was welcomed by the assistant manager, then the hiring Manager walked in and the first thing he said “ please sit there, this is my chair” that’s when I knew I’m not getting my self into this culture. I did not leave right away because I am a professional candidate and wanted to see how unprofessional this manager was. He started asking about my background and what do I do, and then he said “I don’t like the too much moving around ” although, I have 10+ years of experience and changing an employer is very normal. Thats when I stood up, and said thank you for having me today. Good luck find your perfect candidate.
