Very thorough but very fair. Great questions asked- real questions that pertained to the job. Love the panel as well. They truly give everyone an equal opportunity and I am pleased.

How would you handle the stress of working in an airport?
Two step interview - one phone interview - one panel interview. Easy process, mainly situational based questions. Took about 20days to get an answer. Overall okay process. Could be better in terms of communication throughout after hiring.

Consists of two rounds- 1st is an HR round - give a brief description of your background, why you applied for the job, discuss on a high level your skills 2nd - with the hiring manager and the team - more technical, how can you apply your skills to the job at hand etc.
