Interview
Telephone screen/Interview followed by an in-person interview a few days later. After in-person have to take online behavioral tests (at home) and return for a medical a few days after.

Describe a time you identified and resolved a safety issue in the workplace.
Phone interview with general questions.
If they move forward, video interview is followed.
Also there was a "chat box" interview where they ask you about 10 questions and you have to answer. All questions were easy such as "Did you have any issue with managers, if so, how did you handle the situation"

It took about 30 minutes. a day before, they emailed the link to me to do an interview and my interview was at 3: 15. As soon as I entered, we started for interview with good vibes.

Interview
Was fairly easy, they send you a AI type interview. You’ll then get a phone interview with a person from HR. Afterwards if successful they’ll send you out an conditional offer of employment.
