Received a call from recruiter at 11am
Recruiter asked couple typical interview questions and brief explanation of the position (ie Salary, hours per week, working shift, benefit)
Received a link to do online test (number, logics, graphics) which is about 45 minutes
Received calls for language assessment (English, Mandarin and Cantonese)

It was almost three years ago, so I could be wrong and things could be different now. But if I am correct, there was online questionnaire and video interview before the phone call. I managed to get the phone call but what was unfortunate was, I didn't have PR card back then, and as soon as I said I only had work permit, the interview ended. It was permanent part time position.

It took 3 weeks to receive a phone call from a Talent Acquisition partner. It was brief and simple. Easy questions. I got an offer to schedule a video interview right after the phone interview.

I applied online. The process took a week. She asked several Yes or No questions and arranged dates and times for language tests (Korean and English).
I'm still waiting to call from Air Canada for face to face interview.
